Program & abstract book
Members of the Japan Society for Cancer Immunology and supporting corporate members will receive a copy at the general reception desk on the day of the meeting (members who have paid the previous year's membership fee).
Non-members, graduate students, and undergraduate students who wish to obtain the abstract book may purchase one on-site for ¥2,000 (incl. 10% tax). Quantities are limited.
Travel grant
Travel grants are not available for this meeting.
Payment methods
Credit card payment and domestic bank transfer are accepted. International bank transfers are not accepted.
Registration is only considered complete once payment is confirmed. Submitting the registration form alone does not constitute completion.

Payment is complete immediately upon card authorization. A payment confirmation email will be sent automatically. Registration is complete at this point.
Domestic bank transfer
Transfer to the designated account listed in the notification email by Friday, July 10. Include your registration number and full name as the remitter. Transfer fees are the participant's responsibility. Confirmation may take up to one week.
If the remitter name differs from the registrant's name, please notify the secretariat. Registrations with no payment by the deadline will be cancelled.

Certificate of attendance & receipt
The certificate of attendance (which also serves as a receipt) will be available for download from My Page (scheduled to open at the end of June). Please download and print it in advance, and bring the printed copy to the venue.
Changes and cancellations
Registration fees cannot be refunded for any reason, except in the event that the meeting is cancelled by the organizers. Changes to participant category after registration is complete are also not accepted.

Guidelines for Abstracts from Overseas
Abstracts must be written in English.
The abstract must be original and unpublished.
Abstract lengths are as below;
Abstract title: maximum of 30 words.
Abstract text: maximum of 300 words.
Number of authors’ institutions: A maximum 10 institutions is allowed.
Abstracts should include the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
The Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance.
Approval of IRB or ERB
When submitting an abstract containing clinical research, prior approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethical Review Board (ERB) is required.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Both the presenting author and corresponding author(s) are required to indicate COI disclosure statement at the time of presentations.
