Registration

Participation Options
For 1st Venue, in addition to the on-site event, a live stream will be provided during the event period (excluding co-hosted seminars).
For On-Site Participation
Please download the "Attendee Badge" PDF from MyPage in advance and print it out yourself. This will serve as your name card on the day of the event, so please be sure to bring it with you. Name holders will be available near the general reception desk, so please pick one up for yourself.
For Web Participation
You can watch the live stream via MyPage. On the day of the event, please log in to MyPage using the registration number (ID) provided during registration and the password you set yourself. On the live stream page, a Zoom webinar will launch, allowing you to watch the broadcast.

Luncheon & Evening Seminars
No ticket distribution. Seating is first-come, first-served; please go directly to each venue.
Photography, Video & Audio Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside lecture halls.
Other Notes
- Mobile phone use is prohibited inside lecture halls. Please switch to silent mode throughout the venue.
- Announcements for individual attendees will not be made in lecture halls.
- Please check the signage at each venue for WiFi information.
- Smart Casual (Cool Biz) dress is encouraged. Jackets and neckties are not required.
- Please refrain from attending if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, or cold symptoms.
- To move between the Tower Building and the Hall Building, please use the Communication Deck (connecting corridor) on the 6th floor.

Young Research Encouragement Award
The award ceremony will be held at the Social Gathering. All participants are encouraged to attend. Young Research Encouragement Award: Applicants must be first authors aged 37 or under as of April 1, 2026. Candidates are pre-selected from submitted abstracts by the Youth Development Committee and selected by the committee and the JACI President following oral presentations on July 23 (Day 2).
Information for Chairs
- Please be seated in the designated 'Next Chair' seat at the front right of the session hall at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Please ensure that presentations and Q&A are completed within the allotted time.
Information for Presenters
Young Research Encouragement Award
Eligible candidates are first authors aged 37 or under as of April 1, 2026. Selection is conducted by the Youth Development Committee and the JACI President. Candidates are pre-selected from applicants, give oral presentations on July 23 (Day 2), and winners are determined by the selection committee. The award ceremony will be held at the Social Gathering from 19:00 on July 23.
Oral Presentations
- Please be seated in the 'Next Presenter' seat at the front left of the hall at least 10 minutes before your presentation.
- Follow the instructions of the session chair regarding the flow of the program.
- Slides must be prepared in English.
- There is no limit on the number of slides, but please strictly observe the presentation time assigned by the Secretariat.
- Please check your presentation data at the PC Center at least 60 minutes before the start of your session (30 minutes for early morning sessions).
* Data modifications at the PC Center will not be permitted due to congestion. Please finalize your data in advance.

Data Preparation Guidelines
- Windows users: Please bring data created with Microsoft PowerPoint. If using Microsoft 365, save in .pptx format. Note: 'Presenter View' is not available; please prepare your own speaker notes if needed.
- To prevent character corruption and layout issues, the following fonts are recommended: MS Gothic, MSP Gothic, MS Mincho, MSP Mincho, Arial, Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman. Fonts other than these may cause display issues.
- Slide size of 16:9 is recommended.
- Test your presentation data on a computer other than the one used to create it to ensure there are no character corruption or layout issues before the meeting.
- Animations and video are supported. Videos embedded in PowerPoint must be playable with Windows Media Player. Please bring video files on the same USB drive as your presentation.
- If using video, please also bring your laptop as a backup. Always confirm compatibility on another PC in advance.
- Macintosh users must bring their own laptop. All submitted data will be securely deleted by the Secretariat after the meeting.
Bringing Your Own PC
- If your presentation includes video or audio, or if you are a Mac user, please bring your own laptop (and any necessary adapters/connectors).
- Please bring a backup copy of your data in case of hardware failure.
- If bringing your own PC, please complete a preview check at the PC Center, then deliver the PC to the PC Operator's desk at your venue at least 30 minutes before your session begins. Your PC will be returned at the PC Operator's desk after your presentation.
- Please confirm in advance that your PC can output video externally. The available connector at the venue is HDMI. Please bring any necessary adapters yourself.
- Disable screensavers, virus scans, and power-saving settings on your PC before the meeting to prevent interruptions during your presentation.
- Disable password-on-wake in case a restart is required.
- Please bring your AC power adapter. Running on battery power alone may cause problems.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Applicable sessions: Outstanding Abstract Award, Young Research Award, General Oral, and Poster sessions.
- Poster panels will be provided. The usable posting area is 210 cm (height) × 90 cm (width). Please leave the bottom 20 cm clear.
- Affix your abstract title, presenter name, and affiliation to the top section of the poster (20 cm height × 70 cm width). Abstract number labels will be provided by the Secretariat.
- Thumbtacks will be provided. Do not use cellophane tape or adhesives.
- Presenters must bring their own poster materials. Mailing in advance and return mailing are not accepted.
- Posters remaining after the designated removal time will be discarded by the Secretariat.
- During the free discussion period, presenters should wear their presenter ribbon and stand by their poster to answer questions, present, and engage in discussion with attendees.

Paying by credit card
Please register online via this website, even on the day of the meeting. On-site card terminals are not available.

Please proceed directly to the general reception desk on the day of the meeting. Cash payment is accepted on-site.
Program & abstract book
Members of the Japan Society for Cancer Immunology and supporting corporate members will receive a copy at the general reception desk on the day of the meeting (members who have paid the previous year's membership fee).
Non-members, graduate students, and undergraduate students who wish to obtain the abstract book may purchase one on-site for ¥2,000 (incl. 10% tax). Quantities are limited.
Travel grant
Travel grants are not available for this meeting.
Payment methods
Credit card payment and domestic bank transfer are accepted. International bank transfers are not accepted.
Registration is only considered complete once payment is confirmed. Submitting the registration form alone does not constitute completion.
Credit card
Payment is complete immediately upon card authorization. A payment confirmation email will be sent automatically. Registration is complete at this point.
Domestic bank transfer
Transfer to the designated account listed in the notification email by Friday, July 10. Include your registration number and full name as the remitter. Transfer fees are the participant's responsibility. Confirmation may take up to one week.
If the remitter name differs from the registrant's name, please notify the secretariat. Registrations with no payment by the deadline will be cancelled.

- Fill in the registration form as directed on-screen. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a notification email with your registration number and payment instructions. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please contact the secretariat.
- Complete payment by credit card or domestic bank transfer (by July 10 for bank transfer). Registration is finalized once payment is confirmed.
Certificate of attendance & receipt
The certificate of attendance (which also serves as a receipt) will be available for download from My Page (scheduled to open at the end of June). Please download and print it in advance, and bring the printed copy to the venue.
Changes and cancellations
Registration fees cannot be refunded for any reason, except in the event that the meeting is cancelled by the organizers. Changes to participant category after registration is complete are also not accepted.

Call for Abstracts
Guidelines for Abstracts from Overseas
Abstracts must be written in English.
The abstract must be original and unpublished.
Abstract lengths are as below;
Abstract title: maximum of 30 words.
Abstract text: maximum of 300 words.
Number of authors’ institutions: A maximum 10 institutions is allowed.
Abstracts should include the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
The Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance.
Approval of IRB or ERB
When submitting an abstract containing clinical research, prior approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethical Review Board (ERB) is required.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Both the presenting author and corresponding author(s) are required to indicate COI disclosure statement at the time of presentations.
