Registration

Except for the Junior and Senior High School Presentation Session, all sessions will be held onsite.
Participants are requested to register either by:
  • Online registration, or
  • Onsite registration

Online Registration

Please register through the conference website.
After completing registration and payment, you will be able to download:
  • Participation certificate
  • Receipt
Please log in to MyPage (link provided in the payment confirmation email) to download these documents.
Participants are requested to print the participation certificate and bring it to the venue.
Name badge holders will be distributed near the registration desk.
If you register onsite or while traveling, please show the registration confirmation email on your smartphone or PC at the reception desk.
You will receive a participation badge to complete at the venue.

Onsite Registration

Participants may also register at the registration desk at the venue.

Students are required to submit a copy of a student ID or enrollment certificate to the conference secretariat.
The program book will be sold for 3,000 JPY per copy.
Please note:
  • Printed abstract books will not be distributed.
  • The abstract issue will be published on J-STAGE (scheduled for late March 2026) .
Participants who completed online registration do not need to check in at the registration desk.
Please download your participation certificate from MyPage and bring it with you.
Name badge holders will be provided at the venue.
Participants are required to wear their badge when entering session rooms.

Dress Code

No suit! No tie!
Casual attire is encouraged during the meeting.

Luncheon Seminars

Reservations for luncheon seminars can be made through MyPage.
Please note:
  • Lunch boxes are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Your reserved seminar will be printed on your participation certificate and will serve as a luncheon ticket.
Please present your participation certificate at the entrance of the seminar room to receive your lunch box.
Luncheon tickets will become invalid 5 minutes after the seminar starts.

Stamp Rally

Participants can join the stamp rally by visiting exhibition booths.
How to participate:
  1. The back of your participation certificate serves as the stamp rally card.
  2. Visit exhibition booths and collect stamps from exhibitors.
  3. Collect 4 stamps to receive the first prize.
  4. Collect 8 stamps to receive the second prize.

    Please use the notice board next to the registration desk if necessary.
  • Photography, video recording, or audio recording of presentations is strictly prohibited, except for your own presentation.
  • Mobile phone calls are not permitted inside session rooms.
  • Please set your mobile phone to silent mode or turn it off during sessions.
